LEAP is one of the earliest program areas of the Regional Alliance. Under contract with several of our clients we use experienced
consultants in a variety of business and financial areas to meet with S/M/W/DBE firms, perform assessments of their current
business practices, and then provide implementation services designed to directly address issues identified in the assessment.
Possible areas include marketing plan or business plan development, pamphlets and brochures, packaging and shopping loan
applications or referrals for bonding, assistance with computer equipment or networking and advice on website development.
The assessment and implementation services are free to the S/M/W/DBEs, and underwritten by our clients.
