The Regional Alliance offers many programs to support small, minority, women-owned and disadvantaged contractors. These programs are designed to help build capacity and competence in management, technical ability, financial capacity and technology. Some programs are conducted on behalf of our client organizations, such as the Port Authority, New York State Department of Transportation, New Jersey Schools Construction Corporation, Hudson County, JetBlue or others.
