The Regional Alliance has joined with the famous Mechanics Institute to develop a program of courses directed toward the business and technical needs of the construction contractor. These courses are designed to provide the busy construction executive with an abbreviated, but thorough curriculum under the guidance of professional instructors at a reasonable rate available only to members of the Regional Alliance and firms certified by or referred by our public and private sector clients.
