Riverside Center Project
Extell Development Company is currently
designing Building 2 of its Riverside Center
Project, which will ultimately include five
buildings. Extell has a goal of 15
percent utilization of certified MBE/WBE
firms on all phases of the design and
construction. We are seeking MBE/WBE
firms certified by either the Port Authority
of NY & NJ, the NYC School Construction, the
NYS Small Business Services or Empire State
Development. On behalf of Extell the
Regional Alliance is collecting background
information and qualifications for MBE/WBE
firms in Architecture and Engineering
related fields for current opportunities,
listed below, as well as possible future
openings. We encourage certified firms
in these fields to register with us as soon
as possible.
