The Regional Alliance Small Contractors is a nonprofit corporation which provides business development services to help small, minority, women-owned and disadvantaged business enterprises (S/M/W/DBEs) compete openly and perform effectively on public and private sector contracts. The organization is supported by community-minded public and private sector organizations involved in construction and construction related industries.

The Regional Alliance has been in operation since 1989, and has a tremendous record of success in providing valuable training, business and technical assistance and business development services to its members, clients and S/M/W/DBEs throughout the metropolitan area. We have paved the way in providing valuable training service through our Managing Growth®, classroom training, assisted thousands of firms improve their capacity and competence through our Loaned Executive Assistance Program (LEAP), increased financial capacity and access to bonding through our Financial Assistance Program (FiSC) and our Opportunities Marketplace. In addition, we provide expert Contract Compliance Services to public and private sector developers to track and monitor minority and women contracting and subcontracting as well as participation in the labor force.

Our clients, the premier public construction agencies and area corporations, receive the benefit of experienced and dedicated professionals with established programs and innovative responses to new challenges. Our members, the small, minority and women-owned business throughout the area, receive guidance, assistance, advice and networking opportunities available only through the Regional Alliance's extensive family of board members and public and private clients.
